The distribution of UPLIFT Assistance has officially begun in Cagayan de Oro City, benefiting around 1,372 qualified households affected by rising fuel costs and ongoing energy-related challenges. Implemented under Executive Order No. 110, the program provides support to poor and near-poor families identified through the 2024 Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) as part of the government’s response to the State of National Energy Emergency.
